WeBuild Smart Emails
Tracking and reviewing project emails is a messy process because of the frequency and volume. Our unique Smart Emails tool makes life easier for your project team and other project stakeholders, and eliminate common barriers to communication in dealing with project collaborators.
All WeBuild system emails have built in action buttons and can be directly replied to by your project collaborators. Our system then automatically logs all conversation threads into your Project Register.
Add your project team members into any type of construction form to ensure that they are kept in the loop of all related correspondence.
No barriers to communication with project collaborators
All contacts working on your project from outside your company don’t need to follow a registration process with WeBuild to action items. This eliminates a lot of common barriers to communication.
Recipients of project-related items can issue status updates directly to item creators in your project team by clicking the related action buttons in their email notifications. They can download documents, respond or request information directly via our Smart Emails. All responses you receive are recorded and system then automatically logs all conversation threads into your Project Register.
Your own branded emails
All emails generated from your WeBuild account are professionally designed and branded with your own company logo and project details.
Messages and project-related items sent from your account include your company information, logo, sender information, project name and item details.
Critical Path Method (CPM) is a defining resource for the construction industry. First developed in the late 1950s, the critical path method has been utilised in a variety of project development projects including engineering, aerospace and plant maintenance. CPM has rapidly become an essential staple for construction projects today, but many business owners are intimidated from what is perceived as a complex process.
The value of As Built drawings is often underrated, especially their importance for the efficient management of the project after construction has been completed. This article takes a brief look at As Built drawings; what they are, how they are created and why they are important.
The customary monthly clients meeting is a time when you have the chance to give your clients progress updates about their project and provide them with a monthly report. Your monthly report says a lot about your professionalism and should not be rushed or overlooked. It is an ideal way to instill confidence in your clients about your company’s ability to communicate, and to demonstrate that you have a solid understanding of their project and their priorities.
