Assign various levels of priority to your construction tasks to ensure your team are aware of what to tackle first.
Assign any type of task to people internal or external of your company account. Recipients of tasks can respond to and action assigned tasks via email, or through their account.
Set due dates and pre-set reminders for all of your tasks to help keep your team on track. All related task contacts will also be notified when tasks become overdue.
Notify related contacts when a task is ready to be reviewed. Allow anyone to mark the task as complete or restrict approval authority to specific people only.
Add a checklist of sub-items of assigned tasks to give assignees guidance, and include any related files as attachments.
All related contacts can add comments to a task to keep things moving. Reply via email notifications or through your account.
